This treatment will harmonize the facial features and create a balance in the upper, mid, and lower thirds of the face. The upper face should have more volume than the lower face but over time that becomes the opposite for many reasons. As well we develop shadows, that can be more aging than even wrinkles. Some popular areas that are addressed are temples, cheeks, lips, chin and jawline. To achieve optimal results we will be using a combination of dermal fillers and Botox/Dysport.

Common dermal fillers you may have heard about are Juvederm and Restylane, but there are many more. Some others we carry are Revanesse Versa, Radiesse, Belotero, and Sculptra. Fillers are used to add volume, definition, and contour to areas such as cheeks, chin, lips, jawline, and temples. They can also be used to fill in deep lines in the mid and lower face and in some cases they are used to tighten the skin. Hyaluronic acid based filler is easily reversible, however Sculptra and Radiesse are meant to produce your own collagen and these are not reversible. Prepare for possible bruising and swelling for several days.

Over time we develop wrinkles on the face due to repetitive movement, sun exposure, smoking, sipping through straws, and sleeping on our side. These wrinkle relaxers are utilized to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and alter the height of some facial features such as the eyebrows. Common areas that can be overlooked are the chin, neck, and jawline. Other fun uses are for excessive sweating, temporal headaches, and TMJ. Please note that Botox/Dysport takes 14 days for full results and minor bruising is common.

This collagen inducing treatment is the perfect alternative to lasers with minimal downtime and no heat. We utilize the regenerating properties of exracellular matrix rich serums to tighten skin, brighten dark spots, smooth wrinkles, improve scars, and shrink pores. These trigger The micro-needling process in itself creates a healing cascade that generates fresh collagen by breaking down the old collagen. Three monthly treatments are recommended for optimal results and one treatment per year to maintain.

PDO threads are utilized to reposition the facial fat layers in an upward direction giving you a little lift. Over time your body will generate new collagen from these threads being present giving your skin a beautiful glow. The lifting threads themselves will dissolve over the course of 6-8 months at which time you will need to have subsequent threads placed to maintain results. One very cool thing about threads is that the results are immediate, but you will want to give yourself at least 4 days before an event. We will often combine this treatment with filler and Botox/Dysport to achieve your desired look. Please note that this does not replace the need for a face lift. Fresh results posted online are much more exaggerated than the final result.

Tiny smooth collagen threads are inserted under the skin to sit and generate collagen for 6 months. If you are tired of your eyes looking tired, dark, and crinkly then smooth threads can help. Want to tighten your skin without adding volume to the face? This is an alternative to sculptra and Radiesse to tighten the skin. If your 11’s are still present after Botox or Dysport, this is the safe alternative to filler. Please be prepared for bruising with smooth threads.

We utilize the sugar balancing effects of Semaglutide to provide you with a simple, medically guided weight loss protocol. During your initial consultation we will review your medical history, contraindications, and go over the treatment protocol. You will receive your first injection in the office that day and the Semaglutide will be shipped straight to your house from the pharmacy in a few days. This is a self administered once a week injection. The needles are tiny, you can do this! Most importantly this is a sustainable way to lose weight because the drug will reset your metabolism and eating habits over the course of a few months. Average weight regain is only 5 pounds over the course of one year.

The scalp is treated with extracellular matrix rich serums to jump start your hair follicles so they can be thicker and denser in quantity. During your treatment we will also go over things that you will need to do and change at home to increase and maintain your results. Please note that areas that are shiny due to lack of hair cannot be restored. This can only stimulate existing hair follicles, not generate new ones. A series of 3-6 treatments are needed depending on the patient and one treatment per year to maintain. We also recommend using our prescription strength hair foam to help nourish the hair follicles on a daily basis to help grow and maintain healthier and thicker hair.

Therefore you will not be able to book them online or as a stand alone treatment. Simply ask your provider when during your next service.
As with all medical procedures, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to perform procedures with the utmost care and knowledge and educate our patients to potential outcomes and risks prior to treatment. If you are unhappy with your treatment we will perform necessary additional treatments within reason to correct the unwanted outcome. This may include Hylanex and or additional filler or Botox.
Refunds on product returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original invoice date. We will refund your original purchase price. The product must be unopened, in brand new condition and the original packaging. Any products that have been opened, regardless of use, (unless packaging/pump is defective by manufacturer) are unable to be returned or exchanged. If you have a reaction to a product you may exchange it within the 14 day window for a product of equal or lesser value.
If you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to a change/cancellation fee.
No Show/Cancellations: $150
Any appointments scheduled for Monday must be canceled by Friday at 5:00pm EST, as we do not make changes or cancellations over the weekend or holiday. You can access your appointment via the booking portal to change or cancel your appointment. If you are unable to receive all of your scheduled services during your visit due to arriving late and/or have a change of mind/budget, you will be subject to a $150 fee per service not received, to cover the time lost. For example; if you book for filler and botox, but don’t want filler anymore. To avoid the $150 fee, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your time and appointment accordingly. Due to the medical nature of our practice and per the North Carolina medical board, we are unable to allow pets or children in our office. Please be aware that you will be asked to reschedule and subject to our $150 late reschedule/cancellation fee if you arrive with a child under the age of 12 years old or a pet. We appreciate you understanding, as this is for the safety of you, your child/pet and our providers.
No call, no shows will be charged $150 fee and may result in restricted access to appointments and services.
